All we know that Facebook is biggest Social platform to connect with friends and family, we share photos videos and much more information and entertaining stuff there.
We can find lots of photos and video which may be sometimes useful or you just want to save a photos or video to your computer, Facebook provide an option to download photos or you can save images by right click, but what if you want to download a video?
Facebook does not provide any option to download videos, so here is a Google Chrome Extension available by which you can download videos from Facebook.
Steps to Download Videos from Facebook
Here are few simple steps which you need to follow when you install Google chrome Extension there is a little trick to get download option on every video.
Step 1. Go to this Link. It will take you to Google Chrome Web Store.
Step 2. Just Click on Free and it will be added to Google Chrome.
Once you will click on free you will get a pop-up message, Click on Add, and it will install the extension.
All Done, Now open any video on Facebook and it will open in Lightbox but you will not get any option to download videos.
Here you need to reload the page lets say you opened a video in lightbox and let it be the way it is, now just reload the page and video will open in the page itself not in the lightbox, after that you will get an option to download that video.
As you can see in above image there are options to download the video in HD and SD quality. After adding this extension to Chrome you will automatically start following Bhawani Garg ( Developer of this extension) on Facebook, every time you unfollow him it (extension) will trick you to follow him again till the time extension is enabled.
Another Way to Download Videos from Facebook
You can also save a video from Facebook by visiting mobile version of Facebook i,e m.facebook.com when you visit mobile version and play a video you can save that video just by right click > Save video as, option.
e.g Here is a video and its URL is-

Yo need to change the URL as-
https://m.facebook.com/photo.php?v=665566086837657&set=vb.490926204301647&type=3&theater
Just replace www by m
and you will redirect to mobile version of Facebook and simply play the video and do a Right click on the video and click on Save video as, and it will save that video to your computer.
